SalesGenius® lets individual Sales Professionals track how prospects respond to e-mails. There's no programming or IT help required -- you simply send e-mail, and the Genius Tracker™ alerts you when your e-mail is opened and when your prospects visit the web site. SalesGenius shows exactly which pages each prospect visited, so you know what he/she is interested in, before the first call.

SalesGenius makes no changes to your corporate servers or web site. There's no software to install and no need for web site changes, so it's easy for individual sales users to get started qualifying prospects in minutes.

For sales teams, we recommend Genius Pro, which includes both SalesGenius and MarketingGenius and enables sales and marketing teams to work together to make email marketing campaigns a more effective way to generate and qualify leads.

Create an e-mail message using SalesGenius or Microsoft® Outlook® and include one or more links to your site. Pre-populated content based on e-mail best practices ensures professional messaging.

Choose from Letter-Style & Graphical Templates

Eight text letter-style templates make creating and sending Genius trackable e-mails a snap. The templates are pre-populated with content and subject lines based on e-mail marketing best practices, to give your e-mails a professional polish. Templates can be easily edited and the edits saved for re-use.

Twelve html templates let you send sophisticated-looking e- mails and newsletters without knowing html. The templates make it easy to insert your own logo and personal information. Edited templates can be saved for re-use.

Select Recipients

Send the e-mail to your leads. Use your Outlook address book or easily add contacts directly to SalesGenius.

Genius Encoding

SalesGenius encodes the links in your e-mail to enable tracking. When your prospect opens your e-mail and clicks on the link, SalesGenius presents an image of that page and all subsequent pages clicked. Absolutely no changes are made to your company's web site.

Reporting

New real-time reports on each user's SalesGenius home page show at a glance the status of recent e-mails. Users can see instantly the number of opens and clicks for the most recently sent e-mail and can click to re- display report data based on the criteria most important to them. Additional graphical charts show users the results for the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 3 months. Drill-down reports display details.

Visit Replay

You can view an instant replay of each prospect's visits to your site. Seeing each page the prospect visited and for how long helps you better understand his/her interests.
