Genius Interactive® is included in Marketing Genius (and sold as part of Genius Pro™ ) and can be added to SalesGenius Licenses for an additional charge. Genius Interactive gives users the power to connect with and close prospects through their web sites with no IT. With Genius Interactive, you can post instant promos to your website that describe special offers or invite your prospects to chat with you. Genius Interactive makes no changes to your company website. Thanks to Genius' patent-pending technology, both Instant Promos and Chat invitations are presented to the user as an overlay to the existing web site content.

Here's how it works:
Create E-mail
Use the standard SalesGenius "Create e-mail" interface to compose your e-mail message.
Select Interactive Options
Enable chat and add an Instant Promo to your web site simply by selecting the Interactive options..
Instant Promo
Your prospects will see your greeting when they visit the web site.
Chat Invitation
When the prospect clicks through your e-mail s/he will see the "Chat Live" invitation and can click to start the chat session.
Chat Notification
Once your prospect initiates a chat, the Genius Tracker™ notifies you instantly that your prospect wants to talk.
Genius Chat Session
The Genius Chat window lets you and your prospect easily engage in conversation.
Prospects can initiate chat with you when you're available. The Genius Chat control center lets you turn chat on and off based on your availability. If you're not available, prospects are invited to leave you a message.
