Sam Weber, VP of Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services, Sam Weber is responsible for driving customer success and satisfaction by leading, implementing, and managing the company's technical sales, professional services, and support teams.
Weber brings to his role his extensive experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales, support and professional services. Most recently, Weber served as Vice President of Technical Services at KnowNow where he managed sales engineering, customer support and professional services, tripling the group’s revenues to account for nearly 40% of company income. Prior to KnowNow, Weber spent nearly 8 years in a variety of strategic roles at E.piphany and held technical management roles at Clarify and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
Weber received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis.
